Hips, knees, and elbows bent at 90 degrees
Computer screen at eye level
Font at readable size
Keyboard close to belly button
Elbows on armrest
Back upright with pillow supporting curve in low back
Phone should be a headset or speaker if possible
Hand and wrist in neutral position

Migraine headaches/ tension headaches
Numbness in arms/ numbness in legs
Tingling in arms/ tingling in legs
